Ability Dignity Access Management (ADAM inc) was established to support Adam. Adam has a disability and needs assistance in all aspects of his life. ADAM inc assisted Adam to develop a life plan to enable him to remain within his community. Adams disability plan has short term and long term goals designed to maximise his abilities and support his everyday needs. ADAM inc receives funding to employ and manage support staff for Adam in accordance with his plan.

The name of ADAM inc was devised on the following aspects:
Ability – Focus on Adam's abilities and build on these.
Dignity – Retain Adam's dignity at all times.
Access – Enable Adam to access and to be part of his community.
Management – Assist Adam to manage his affairs.

Ability Dignity Access Management is an incorporated body consisting of Adam, his family and friends.
